The UW Makerspace team along with many partners have developed open-source designs for personal protective equipment (PPE) to help assist with the Covid-19 pandemic.
As we have expanded our open-source PPE designs, like intubation boxes and PAPR hoods, & more, our goal remains to connect PPE with those in need. Use this site to connect with material suppliers, manufacturers, and those in need of face shields. See the information below if you are in need of PPE, want to make PPE, or are interested in helping out!

How to Get Involved
Donate
Join the fight against COVID-19 in Wisconsin and beyond by donating to our efforts!
Volunteer
If you’ve been looking for ways to get involved in the university’s response to Covid-19, please consider volunteering your time to help increase the visibility of the Badger PPE project.
We want to increase our platform’s reach nationwide, so we have developed a crowdsourcing tool to develop a national database of essential personnel facilities by state.
We are pushing this through our networks, asking for participation and circulation – and we ask that you do the same.
